These terms govern use of Vellora365 Scaffolding, provided by Folfram Products Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Vellora365 Scaffolding, your company ("you", the "Customer") agrees to them.
Vellora365 Scaffolding is scaffolding operations software covering job scheduling, quoting, tagging, inspections, wages, HGV compliance checks and invoicing, provided on a subscription basis. Access is invite-only within your company; the account owner controls who has access and what role they hold.
You own the data you put into Vellora365 Scaffolding — your jobs, customers, quotes, employees and inspection records. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Vellora365 Scaffolding helps you keep scaffold inspection and HGV compliance records, but you remain responsible for meeting your own statutory and regulatory obligations (including under the Work at Height Regulations and HGV operator licensing requirements) — Vellora365 Scaffolding is a record-keeping and workflow tool, not a substitute for competent inspection or a qualified transport manager.
Don't use Vellora365 Scaffolding for anything unlawful, to store data you don't have the right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other companies' data.
Where you connect Vellora365 Scaffolding to a third-party service (for example Xero), that service's own terms apply to your use of it, and we're not responsible for its availability or accuracy.
We aim to keep Vellora365 Scaffolding available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.
Vellora365 Scaffolding is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Vellora365 Scaffolding is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You can stop using Vellora365 Scaffolding and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
